The pricing structure prioritizes ease of understanding, providing a uniform, fixed cost for our services for event dates scheduled anywhere from 18 months in advance up to the event day. We will discuss the process of reserving services for events that are scheduled over 18 months in advance of the actual event date.
It is worth noting that fees are slightly lower on days and times other than Saturday evenings. We always establish contracts in the client’s name, and clients directly handle vendor compensation. This approach is intentional to promote transparency and eliminate any surprise costs.
